ADMISSIONS
Thank you for your interest in Evergreen Christian Academy! Our mission begins with partnering alongside parents - that’s you! As you begin the admissions process outlined below, we invite you to learn about ECA and our unique educational model that gives parents more time with their kids.
Our interest meetings are intended to serve families well by answering key questions about our education model, admissions process, vision and mission and more. Attendance at an Interest Meeting is required before your family may apply.

Before You Apply
Attend a required Interest Meeting (see details above). Following the Interest Meeting, you will receive an email with the link and password to apply.
Read the following required documents thoroughly:
Application
Apply for the Opportunity Scholarship. All families are required to apply for the Opportunity Scholarship in a timely manner (as preference is given to early applicants) during the enrollment period (dates announced annually by the Opportunity Scholarship)
Attend an Interest Meeting. Families are required to attend an interest meeting. We offer several in the Fall and Spring.
Complete the application. Prospective families will receive an email with the application link to apply after attending an Interest Meeting. When application open mid-March, an application fee of $50 is required for each application submitted (the same fee applies to each year’s renewal application for returning students).
Your application is reviewed. Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by our Admissions committee in a timely manner. We take a holistic approach to admissions considering many factors in an attempt to ensure a great fit for our school and each family. While we encourage you to apply in a timely manner, there are variables outside of the application date that may affect when your application is reviewed.
Attend a Family Interview. If the committee agrees to proceed with the application, we will contact you to schedule a family interview. The student and both parents are required to attend the interview. Younger siblings are welcome to attend, if needed.
Tuition & Fees
Evergreen Christian Academy seeks to be transparent and clear about the costs associated with enrollment each academic year. Below is an overview of the annual fees families should expect.
Annual Application & Re-Enrollment Fee
$50 per student, per year
This fee applies to both new applicants and returning families completing annual re-enrollment.
Tuition
Kindergarten: $7,500 per year
1st Grade: $7,500 per year
2nd Grade: $7,500 per year
3rd Grade: $7,500 per year
4th Grade: $7,500 per year
Tuition rates are outlined above and apply per student, per academic year.
Book & Enrichment Fees
These annual fees cover curriculum materials, classroom resources, and enrichment experiences.
Kindergarten: $200 per student
Grades 1–2: $300 per student
Grades 3–4: $400 per student (includes testing fees)
Fundraising & Donations
Evergreen Christian Academy relies on ongoing fundraising and charitable donations to support school operations, growth, and enrichment opportunities beyond tuition.

Academic Accommodations
Evergreen Christian Academy recognizes that all children are created uniquely by God, and strives to provide an outstanding education for all of our students. Our desire is to partner with parents to provide strategies and accommodations to help students succeed to the best of our ability. While we are able to make certain accommodations, with our limited number of staff, we are not able to meet the needs of every student. We are happy to talk with individual families about each specific child's situation and discern if ECA would be the best learning environment for the student.
Immunization Requirements
All students entering, attending, and/or transferring to public, private, or parochial schools in North Carolina must provide current immunization records or submit the religious exemption form for the student’s school records.
