We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following position(s):

  • Enrichment Teacher — Music

    ECA seeks a qualified music enrichment teacher to begin immediately.

    The expectation of an enrichment teacher would include: 

    • Leading 3 30-minute classes once a week with lessons for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd-4th grades. 

    • Commitment for the entire school year (31 weeks total; no enrichments the first and last weeks of the semester or the week of Thanksgiving.)

    • $750 per semester stipend (paid at the end of each semester)

    ECA Enrichments 2026-27

  • Admissions Coordinator (PT)

    ECA seeks a qualified admissions coordinator to oversee recruitment, enrollment, and re-enrollment for the coming school year.

  • The Admissions Coordinator oversees the day-to-day administration of Evergreen Christian Academy's admissions and re-enrollment processes, helping families navigate each step with clarity, warmth, and consistency. This position plays an important role in welcoming new families into the ECA community, supporting returning families through re-enrollment, and helping the school meet its enrollment goals through intentional recruitment efforts.

  • As ECA continues to grow, the Admissions Coordinator will also help develop and refine the systems that support an organized, efficient, and repeatable admissions process from year to year.

  • This is a part-time position with a seasonal emphasis, requiring greater availability during peak admissions and enrollment periods. The Admissions Coordinator works closely with the Head of School and operates within established school priorities. Final admissions decisions, enrollment targets, and significant changes to school policies or procedures remain subject to leadership approval.
